C’est avec une passion commune pour les grands vins, que les trois œnologues consultants, Edouard MASSIE, Henri BOYER et Antoine MEDEVILLE ont créé le Château Fleur La Mothe.
Quelques années plus tard, Emilien DELALANDE et Thomas MARQUANT rejoignent l’aventure. Forts de leurs expériences en matière... de conseils en viticulture et œnologie, les œnologues d’Oenoconseil se lancent un défi : faire un des meilleurs vins de l’appellation en optimisant les qualités du terroir et en utilisant leur savoir-faire. Très rapidement ils mettent en place une politique qualitative, aussi bien dans la vigne que dans le chai. En 2020 le château Fleur La Mothe est classé Cru Bourgeois Supérieur
Respectueux du terroir, l’ensemble de la propriété est certifiée HVE3 (Haute valeur Environnementale) et Terra Vitis.
