Après 20 années d’implication dans la Coopérative et le plaisir d’avoir contribué à y intégrer une philosophie de l’agriculture biologique, David et Anne-Sophie décident de franchir le pas d’une création de domaine. Vigneron hors pair, David travaille ses vignes comme un joaillier depuis ses débuts.... Passionné de viticulture, il est dans une réflexion permanente pour conduire ses pieds selon les préceptes de l’agriculture biologique de la façon la plus qualitative possible. Il est alors très facile de
penser que la matière première apportée au chai est superbe. Et là, c’est le sens du détail, la rigueur et la passion d’Anne Sophie qui prend le relais. Vinificatrice naissante, elle prend le temps de comprendre ses terroirs et d’accompagner ses vins le plus subtilement possible.
