C'est en 2001 que tout a commencé. Lorsque je suis tombé un peu par hasard sur ces parcelles d’argile bleue et de calcaire plantés en plein milieu de la plaine de Poggio d’Oletta, il n’y avait tellement rien et tellement tout. Car au milieu de cette plaine riche de beaux terroirs, il y avait ces deu...x mamelons tapissés de vieilles vignes qui ne demandaient qu'à s'exprimer. La rencontre fut fatale, le Clos Signadore
allait pouvoir naître de cette terrible union d’une terre Corse planté de vieux niellucciu, et d'un Marseillais conquis par ces terroirs de Patrimonio.
