Depuis près de 25 ans je suis engagé dans une démarche de production viticole raisonnée, Terra Vitis, pour favoriser la biodiversité, préserver l'environnement et assurer l'expression naturelle de mes vins. Cela fait maintenant plus de 20 ans que je n'utilise plus d...'insecticides sur l'ensemble de l'exploitation.
Dans le même esprit j'ai fait le choix de vendanges manuelles, et de vinifications en grappes entières pour les Beaujolais rouges, souhaitant privilégier la typicité originelle de nos cépages, le Gamay et le Chardonnay.
